Elite Warriors Security Ltd. is currently hiring professional and reliable Full-Time Security Officers to join our growing team in Vernon, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, disciplined, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace for our clients.

We are looking for officers who take pride in their presence, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of assigned sites
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security risks
- Control access points and verify identification when required
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly
- Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority and professionalism
- Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency services when needed

Requirements





- Valid BC Security Worker Licence (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong observation and situational awareness
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous security experience is an asset (but not required)
