Your primary focus will be greeting guests, enforcing guidelines, and de-escalating conflicts to promote a secure environment. Strong communication and vigilance are pivotal in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome all guests entering the venue
- Check IDs and enforce AGLC guidelines diligently
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff during events
- Calmly de-escalate conflicts within the venue
- Exhibit a strong duty of care in all situations Requirements:
- Experience in nightclub or hospitality preferred
- ProServe, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR certifications required
