Position Summary:
The Senior Ecommerce Manager, will lead and oversee the TCL.com digital merchandising strategy. This person is responsible for managing key divisions web operations anchored to the NABG DTC process. A key driver tasked with managing Canadian content in both English and French for TCL.com, including and building the B2C shopify site, focusing on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Manages the HQ and NABG teams integration to Canada and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Service, and the NABG E-Commerce team.
The Senior
Manager, Ecommerce team will drive a key growth pillar into Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) purchase functionality on TCL.com, managing pricing, promotions, and product availability. This position drives the operations success of TCL's e-commerce capabilities in Canada, leads operations/marketing that drives traffic and sales. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver against the TCL Journey To Win Plan.
Role And Responsibilities
- Project Manage and Own the Ecommerce launch of TCL into new growth channels
- Oversee new Product Launches and content updates for all TCL products. Manage the daily operations, Budget including Publishing, Translations, and Integrated Vendor partnerships. Manage e-commerce budgets including personalization and integrated agencies.
- Develop and execute the merchandising & product strategy to support sales and promotional initiatives for all pages including Homepage, Navigation, Category pages, sub-category pages, Filter Pages, Product pages, New content Pages, Offer Pages, Campaign Landing Pages, Cart and Checkout.
- Strategic planning of promotional and seasonal campaigns with a focus on optimizing the user journey towards order conversion and awareness.
- Manage the collaboration of the internal online teams, agency partners and HQ/NABG stakeholders to ensure on-time product launches and campaign execution.
- Manage reporting web analytics, launch and campaign performance that drive conversion rate targets.
- Own the user journey on TCL.com from entry to checkout. Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the digital content throughout the journey.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships considering our web publishing team on the Samsung.com side as well as our IT support and development team on the e-commerce side.
- Subject matter expert on GA4, SEO,GEO/AEO and related tools.
- Advanced Amazon & AMS Management: Own the end-to-end strategic planning, execution, day-to-day optimization, and reporting of AMS campaigns (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Storefronts) to accelerate digital sell-through and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or related field.
Knowledge:
- Superior qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities, with an outstanding body of work demonstrating high quality,
innovative deliverables and an exceptional understanding of consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the creative and messaging process.
- Strategic thinking combined with strict attention to tactical details and execution.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and approaches using industry best practices, including social media, CRM and mobile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Target / Insider for personalization, customer segment, Conversion improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS/Amazon Ads) to maximize channel sell-through, optimize budget efficiency, and protect brand integrity on the digital shelf.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working within an eCommerce-enabled website environment, driving traffic and revenue to capture new audiences (SEM, SEO, affiliate, display ads, retargeting, content marketing)
- 5+ years working within a retail environment (preferably electronics industry) identifying marketing initiatives that deliver positive sales growth.
- 5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research
- Hands on knowledge on Analytics tool (i.e. Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with retail portals and content syndication partners a plus, including but not limited to: Amazon Vendor Central,, Walmart Connect, Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), PDM, Item 360, Sellpoints, Syndigo, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
