The Rimrock Cafe is a local institution known for exceptional seafood, premium ingredients, refined technique, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to prepare proteins and execute on one of the most important stations in our kitchen.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook premium seafood, steaks, and other proteins to exact specifications
- Manage the grill and saute station during high-volume dinner service
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of protein butchery, portioning, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Work closely with the culinary team to execute fine dining service efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Responsible for ordering and supplier communication
- Assist with training and mentoring junior cooks when requiredWhat We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining or high-end restaurants
- Strong experience working a grill station and preparing seafood and meat proteins
- Proven ability to consistently execute multiple protein cook temperatures during busy service
