Your Day-to-Day Role

- Engage with prospective learners and clients through digital marketing platforms
- Respond to enquiries, conduct information interviews and meaningful conversations to assess readiness – no cold calls or hard sales
- Provide information on learning resources and programs to qualified candidates
- Support individuals to identify opportunities for leadership and growth
- Maintain organized communication and follow up processes
- Participate in ongoing virtual training, mentoring and career development activities to develop your own career skills as you assist others.

The Ideal Candidate

- 7+ years’ professional experience in Learning Facilitation, Education Administration, L&D;, Educational or Career Coaching, or similar
- Passionate about learning, change, personal growth, and helping others succeed
- Strong communication with excellent verbal and writing skills
- A future-thinker who is open to new ways of working
