Position: Senior Pega Developer

Location: Onsite- Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Pega Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Pega Platform, Application Operations Support, Incident Management, and Production Support . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Pega applications , troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing releases, deployments, and change management activities. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Pega applications, ensuring platform stability and SLA compliance.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change activities following ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate permanent resolutions.
- Support Pega case management, business processes, integrations, and application operations.
- Coordinate application deployments, release management, workplace validation, and production readiness.




- Monitor application health, performance, and system availability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and support teams to resolve critical production issues.
- Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Ensure platform compliance with governance, security, and enterprise support standards.
- Participate in on-call support, production releases, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
