Citco, based in Toronto, seeks a Principal Product Lead to drive the vision and delivery of a founding platform for Citco’s CX strategy. This role bridges strategy, UX, and program delivery across a global program with executive stakeholders.
You will work with a global Digital Design team delivering CX, Digital Transformation, GenAI and recent product development, reporting to the Design Director in Toronto with possible international travel.
