Senior Quadient Inspire Developer – CCM, Template Development & Document Composition

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in Quadient Inspire development.
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Version 11 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in data mapping and working with various data formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of the document development lifecycle.
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Quadient Admin functions.
- Experience with other Quadient products is an advantage.
- Experience with application deployment and performance tuning.
- Exposure to other document composition tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex business requirements and develop technical specifications for Quadient Inspire templates.
- Design, develop,



and maintain customer correspondence and document templates using Quadient Inspire.
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support document composition solutions.
- Review code changes submitted by other Quadient developers.
- Perform unit testing of templates and documents.
- Support integration testing and Quality Assurance activities.
- Debug print, email, energetic content, responsive design, and integration-related issues.
- Demonstrate expertise in Quadient Inspire Debug and Trace features.
- Mentor junior and less experienced Quadient developers.
- Assist in defining development standards and architecting new Quadient client solutions.
