Key Responsibilities
- Source and connect with individual professionals and corporate organisations interested in training courses and certification programmes.
- Recommend appropriate learning solutions from company’s comprehensive range of programmes to prospective learners and business clients.
- Develop current business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through successful enrolment.
- Respond to and nurture inbound enquiries via telephone, online channels, and in-person consultations.
- Promote our company at career expos, trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and corporate engagement activities.
- Utilise knowledge of SSG funding initiatives, including subsidies and SkillsFuture Credit, to advise and support prospective participants.
- Achieve monthly enrolment goals and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline performance to the Sales Manager.
- Foster long-term relationships with corporate partners to encourage repeat business and group enrolments.
