We are currently looking for two experienced and motivated Senior Systems Admin Analysts with knowledge, experience, and skills supporting and maintaining Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Active Directory Connect and WINS.

We provide comprehensive oversight and administration of core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Active Directory Connect and WINS.
About the job
As a Senior Systems Admin Analyst, you will:
- provide technical leadership and coordination for system management and maintenance
- deliver ongoing client service and support for stakeholder relations
- offer specialized technical expertise and make recommendations for system improvements
- plan and coordinate project testing and transition processes
- lead the development and maintenance of best practices for systems administration
- coordinate technical aspects of multiple concurrent projects
- provide mentoring for staff and act as a liaison between support groups
- perform project, operational, and service administration activities
What you bring to the team
Technical Skills:
You can demonstrate:
- a solid technical background in Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect and WINS operations and related technologies within mid-to-large size IT organizations
- the ability to manage Windows based systems, in a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment
- an understanding of system design and architecture
- proficiency in incident change and problem management along with root cause analysis skills
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
You can demonstrate the ability to:
- provide ongoing client service regarding operational, technical, and service aspects of stakeholder relations
- manage problems effectively while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- develop and encourage teamwork, positive morale, and high performance within cross-functional teams
- balance competing needs against available resources in cross-functional technical teams
- manage relationships and provide appropriate support to a variety of stakeholders and/or clients
Communication Skills:
You can demonstrate:
- strong written and oral communication skills
- the ability to write, explain, and present complex technical reports and recommendations for diverse audiences
- the ability to establish effective working relationships and providing mentorship to team members
- the ability to instruct vendors and providing draft procedures
Project Management Skills:
You can demonstrate the ability to:
- manage single and multiple diverse incidents/problems/changes projects
- coordinate testing and operational transition/acceptance of projects
- ensure compliance with change requests and technical architecture
- plan and coordinate plans, schedules, and activities of multiple concurrent or sequential projects
- provide technical guidance, instruction, monitor progress, problem-solving, and report to management with recommendations
