Aleppo Kebab is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers, take orders, process payments using the Clover POS system, and help maintain a clean and organized restaurant. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting.

Requirements

- Applicants must be 18–22 years of age.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Previous serving or cashier experience is required.
- Must know how to use the Clover POS system.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work long shifts, including some days past midnight.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer politely with a smile.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the Clover POS system.
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.
- Never ignore waiting customers.
- No personal phone use while serving customers.
- Never argue with customers and always remain respectful.




- Follow all instructions from managers and supervisors.
- Work as a team with front staff and kitchen staff.
- Treat customers, coworkers, managers, and supervisors with respect at all times.
- No unnecessary talking or socializing during work hours.
- Stay productive throughout your shift and complete all assigned duties.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.

Employment InformationPay
- Employees are paid every two weeks by direct deposit.

Scheduling
- Work schedules are posted every Sunday.
- If you need a day off, you must notify management before the schedule is posted.
- Employees are expected to arrive on time for every shift.
- Leaving your shift without management approval is not permitted.

Breaks
- One 30-minute unpaid break is provided during eligible shifts.

Hiring Process Candidates selected for an interview must complete a mandatory 3-day training period before a final hiring decision is made.

- Training is approximately 4–6 hours per day.
- The training period is used to evaluate your customer service, work ethic, reliability, teamwork, communication skills, and ability to learn the job.
- Employment decisions will be based on your overall performance during the training period.
