Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, bar, dining space, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests

Requirements





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a background in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
