Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.

- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.

- Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

- Follow food handling procedures to guarantee food safety at all times.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.





- Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant setting.

- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.

- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

- Previous experience in the food industry or serving roles is preferred.
