Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. Strong communication skills, time management, and a positive attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards




- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Ensure adherence to food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, or serving roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
