The Service Advisor position is full-time, permanent, and the ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

- · Minumum 2 years Experience
- · Must have some basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
- · Work in a fast-paced environment
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills
- · Must be accurate, detail oriented, and organized

Job Duties Include:
- · Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and recommending services
- · Booking appointments and scheduling technicians
- · Preparing and explaining service estimates
- · Opening, closing, and managing service orders.
- · Ensuring service orders are complete, accurate, and detailed in accordance with company and Subaru requirements




- · Guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction
- · Coordinating between departments to ensure accurate and timely repairs are performed
- · Receiving payments and ensuring all labour time is invoiced
- · Certifying all warranty service orders are completed to manufactures standards
- · Maintaining a clean, presentable, and organized work space
- · Other duties as outlined by management
