Service Assistant (Host / Support / Food Runner)

We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join the team at B’Spoke. As an established and growing restaurant, our focus is simple: create meaningful guest experiences while building a positive, supportive environment where our team can learn, grow, and thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong work ethic, great energy, and a genuine passion for taking care of people. Service Assistants are a vital part of our Front-of-House team — supporting service flow, elevating guest experience, and building the foundation for future growth within our bar and beverage program.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Hosting and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Bussing and resetting tables to maintain a clean, welcoming space
- Running food and supporting the service team during busy periods
- Creating a positive atmosphere through teamwork, awareness, and energy
- Learning and developing skills that can lead into beverage and bar program opportunities

Requirements





- Some restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Food Handler, WHMIS, or additional certifications are an asset
