About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced agricultural equipment, and making a direct impact on customer success. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining agricultural feeding equipment and related mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Working both in our shop and at customer locations. You will play a key role in keeping our customers' operations running efficiently through preventative maintenance, equipment commissioning, emergency repairs, and technical support.

This position requires strong technical expertise, sound problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair agricultural equipment and related systems in Ontario
- Collaborate with the Parts and Service teams to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and qualified condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, service work in-shop and on-site




- Utilize diagnostic software, testing equipment, and technical documentation to accurately identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Install, prepare, deliver, and commission new and used equipment.
- Complete accurate work orders, service reports, warranty documentation, and related paperwork.
- Follow safety policies and Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as required to support the Service Department and overall business operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience servicing agricultural, heavy equipment, industrial, or mobile equipment.
- Ability to diagnose equipment efficiently and perform quality repairs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using diagnostic software, mobile technology, and electronic service documentation.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and service vehicles.
- A valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning.





Agricultural equipment experience is considered a strong asset but is not required for candidates with transferable heavy equipment or industrial mechanical experience.

Equipment and Systems Serviced

- TMR feed mixers and agricultural feeding equipment
- Hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Pumps, motors, and industrial/mobile equipment
- Other equipment and systems as required

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and move parts, supplies, and inventory items as required
- Comfortable working in both office and shop environments
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform general shop-related tasks
- Capable of performing physically active duties as required

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
- Participation in on-call weekend rotation required
