Primary Purpose: The Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) Service Technician role is responsible for installation of the Temporary Wall Systems, working closely with the TWS Sales & Service.

Essential Job Functions:

Installation Support

- Assists in installing the containment unit following Temporary Wall Systems procedures.
- Safely transport materials to destination, assisting in building or dismantling as needed.
- Removes containment units and returns them to storage once completed.
- Must obtain industry-related licensing as needed, staying up to date on product specifications.

Inventory Reconditioning & Repair
- Executes structural and cosmetic repairs on damaged doors and panels.
- Proactively identifies component shortages and requests necessary parts for repairs to minimize inventory downtime.
- Cleans doors and panels to exact company "Job Ready" specifications.

Inbound Logistics & Quality Control
- Unpacks returned jobs and inspects all components thoroughly for future job readiness.
- Evaluates unusable returned items to determine if they can be salvaged through cleaning/repair or if they require decommissioning.

Outbound Demand




- Accurately picks specific inventory units for upcoming jobs as identified by the Lead Installer.
- Safely loads picked items onto dispatch carts, securing them to prevent damage during transport.
- Performs Filter customization as needed.
- Transfer of TWS assets as needed.

Facility & Asset Management
- Maintains strict organization of the warehouse zone to optimize workflow and job readiness.
- Curates and organizes all panels, hardware, and accessories.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on product inventory, tools, and the warehouse facility.

Education and Work Experience:

- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Must have solid attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork always.

Other Items: Must pass background checks (DMV, criminal background check, etc.).

- Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- A significant portion of the workday involves standing, walking, siting, bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination are needed for some tasks.
- Tasks like loading and unloading product may involve repetitive hand and arm movements.
- The work is performed on various customer sites and may be subject to extreme temperatures, dust, or other adverse conditions. PPE includes: safety goggles, gloves, and CSA approved work boots hearing protection.
- The normal work week is up to 40 hours, but the hours will vary according to production demands. Some overtime may be required.
