SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM and enterprise ITSM/ITAM requirements.
- Lead Flexera to ServiceNow CMDB migration, including data mapping, import sets, transform maps, and reconciliation.
- Configure CI Class Manager , Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB Health, and governance policies.
- Implement and support Discovery, MID Server, Service Mapping , and CI relationship management.
- Troubleshoot CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, stale records, and data normalization.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM , CMDB governance, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with CSA & CAD certifications ; Flexera migration and banking domain experience preferred.
