Seeking an Overseas Contractor with over 15 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture specializing in IT Asset Management focusing on ITAM SAM and good knowledge of ITAM HAM modules.

About the Role

Lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions primarily focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM) with integration of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capabilities.

Responsibilities

Utilize extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules.

Analyze complex organizational requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAM SAM implementations.





Oversee integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating the latest ServiceNow ITAM features, industry trends, and compliance standards to maintain cutting-edge solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ITAM solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture specializing in IT Asset Management.
