Sewer & Watermain Foreman – Hagersville

Kieswetter Excavating is hiring an experienced Foreman to work and oversee our projects. You'll be the point person on site — running crews, overseeing subcontractors, and keeping the job moving between the field and the office.

You'll Be Responsible For

- Running daily field operations for sewer and watermain installation.

- Overseeing subcontractor crews — scheduling, sequencing, holding them to spec.

- Reading and working to blueprints, specs, and shop drawings.

- Coordinating between crews, subcontractors, the project manager, and municipal inspectors.

- Completing daily production reports and tracking subcontractor performance.

- Enforcing safety protocols across all crews and subs on site.

- Catching and resolving issues before they become delays.

What You Need

- 5+ years in sewer and watermain construction, 2+ years as a foreman.

- Experience directing subcontractor crews on municipal infrastructure.

- Solid grasp of excavation methods, shoring, and underground utility installation.

- Working knowledge of OPSS and municipal standards.

- Valid Class G license.
