We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This leadership role is responsible for supervising frontline staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, resolving customer concerns, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor daily operational requirements and ensure work is completed according to established procedures.
- Coordinate customer arrivals and departures to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Ensure operational readiness by planning and organizing upcoming workload.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and productivity throughout the shift.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and arrange shift coverage when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and report operational incidents, customer concerns, and workplace issues.
- Ensure company assets, equipment, inventory,



and operational supplies are properly maintained and accounted for.
- Perform routine inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor workplace cleanliness, organization, and overall facility appearance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify maintenance issues and report equipment or facility repairs promptly.
- Ensure operational records, logs, and documentation are completed accurately.
- Review daily transactions and correct operational discrepancies where necessary.
- Promote a protected working environment by ensuring employees follow company procedures and safe work practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees during daily operations.
- Assist with training new employees on company procedures and customer service standards.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management summarizing shift activities, customer concerns, incidents, staffing issues, maintenance requirements, and operational updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Supervision

- Supervise and coordinate the work of 10–25 employees.

Employment Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Class 4 Driver license.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Basic computer skills and experience preparing reports.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
