As our Shipper / Receiver, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and shipping/receiving operations with accuracy, care, and urgency.

Responsibilities Prepare and sign off on shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and related paperwork Review shipping and receiving orders to plan daily work effectively Pack goods for shipment and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions Check incoming and outgoing units for defects or damage Ensure all units are in positive condition before shipping or receiving is completed Carefully handle finished units, glass, parts, materials, equipment, and installation tools to prevent breakage or damage Follow standard operating procedures for all shipping and receiving activities Maintain accurate warehouse data related to materials movement Communicate material shortages and quality issues to production management Receive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and stock Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, then sort and stock received items Maintain accurate daily log sheets, scan inventory, and complete counts carefully Keep secure and accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory Pack and unpack materials as needed Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain quality control Help clean and organize the warehouse and exterior yard Operate a forklift, hand truck,
