- Prepare ingredients according to our recipes and standards
- Assist with cooking and plating during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Help the dish washer with tasks such putting dishes away during peak times and helping wash when needed
- Receive and store deliveries
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
- Work together with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide excellent service
