Our client in Brantford is hiring a weekend shift Certified Millwright or a minimum 3rd year Millwright Apprentice! This position requires a Millwright with proven communication and documentation skills, who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing, progressive company.

Wage: $34-$45 hourly based on experience and/or if ticketed, plus shift premium where applicable

Shift: Fri-Sun OR Sat-Mon, Day Shift (7am-7pm) or Night Shift (7pm-7am) - you will be paid for the full 40 hours.

Duties Include:

- Troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime
- Contributing to the development and implementation of programs and equipment upgrades
- Creating work orders and assisting in the planning of jobs and projects
- Maintaining clear and concise documentation

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Millwright or a Millwright Apprentice in their 3rd year; manufacturing setting is an asset




- Robust decision-making, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent technical skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability
- Ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines
- Skills such as electrical troubleshooting, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, plumbing, fabrication, and other areas as needed
