Located in Winchester, ON - Kabinets by Design is a growing small business working in both the residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork industry. We provide custom kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, closets and more. We are seeking an individual with/without experience to join our small team and support our manufacturing operation.

With our projected growth, there may be chance to grow within.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic shop tasks including but not limited to:

- Cabinet assembly;
- Edgebanding;
- Setup and operation the CNC machine (experience dependent);
- Loading and offloading of CNC machine;
- Loading cabinets into delivery vehicle;
- Cleaning and general maintenance tasks;

Delivery of manufactured goods to client locations:
- Safe operation of delivery vehicle to client sites;
- Offloading cabinets into delivery vehicle.

General duties including but not limited to:
- Shipping and Receiving;
- Inventory Counts.

Assist in developing processes and procedures required for performing role effectively. Other responsibilities applicable to title.





Qualifications and Requirements

- Bend and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic measurement and math competencies in both Imperial and Metric
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

Details Schedule: 8 hour shift, 7:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Growth Opportunities

Upon successful completion of the probationary period and after a year of employment, a safety boot credit up to $175 will be given with valid receipt.

- All other safety equipment can be provided by the employer.

Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour
