VAdz Media is a creative marketing agency specializing in premium content for restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

We're looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor who can create commercial-quality social media content that captures attention, tells a story, and delivers results.

What You'll Do

- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
- Create edits with strong pacing, storytelling, seamless transitions, sound design, motion graphics, animated captions, and professional colour grading.
- Adapt your editing style to match each client's brand identity while maintaining a premium look and feel.
- Optimize videos for each social media platform and current content trends.
- Work on content for restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, events, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
- Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.

We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of professional experience editing short-form social media content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools like Higgsfield AI to improve editing quality and workflow.
- Professional colour correction and cinematic colour grading.




- Sound design, audio balancing, and music synchronization.
- Motion graphics and animated typography.
- Speed ramping and seamless transitions.
- Masking, rotoscoping, and motion tracking.
- Exporting videos using the correct codecs, resolutions, and aspect ratios for social media.

Ideal candidate must have experience editing content for:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Bars & Lounges
- Nightclubs
- Events
- Hospitality Brands
- Lifestyle Brands

Experience creating high-end or luxury-style social media content is a solid advantage.
