Daan Go Cake Lab is hiring one energetic person to stand roadside outside our Richmond location, spin our sign, and wave drivers into the parking lot for coffee.

That's the whole job - no cash handling, no food prep, no experience needed. If you like being outside and can make people smile from across four lanes of traffic, you'll do great here. Roughly a one-month contract, with possible extension.

What you'll do

- Hold, spin, and flip a promotional sign at the roadside
- Wave, dance, and engage passing drivers to draw them in
- Direct customers into the parking lot
- Stay visible and upbeat for your full shift

What we're looking for

- Outgoing, high-energy personality
- Reliable and punctual - showing up on time every scheduled day is the most important part of this job
- Able to stand and be active outdoors for 4–6 hours in varying weather
- Legally entitled to work in Canada, 16+
- No experience required, we'll train you on day one

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
