Site Supervisor (Electrical) Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Electrical) to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, supervise electrical teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to technical standards and client specifications.

Duties

- Act as a hands-on leader on site, directing crews and setting the standard for safety, quality, and productivity
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet project deadlines
- Oversee the work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate precise execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking, scheduling, and reporting
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work complies with industry standards, codes, and client expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating to stay within financial targets
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, safety incidents, change orders,



and progress reports
- Travel between job sites as required, using a personal vehicle (gas reimbursed)

Qualifications
- Red Seal certification (Electrician) required
- Proven supervising experience in electrical construction or related fields, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on electrical projects; familiarity with schematics and blueprint reading is essential
- Ability to read and accurately interpret complex electrical schematics and technical drawings for precise implementation
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations (OSHA standards), and best practices in construction management
- Strong budgeting skills with experience managing project costs and estimating efforts
- Excellent leadership skills, with the presence and confidence to be a leader on site and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (gas reimbursed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as project needs require
