Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will work alongside Project Managers and help deliver high-quality residential construction projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Maintain clean, organized, and protected job sites

· Load, unload and transport construction materials

· Perform a variety of general construction tasks as assigned by Project Managers

· Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

· Complete assigned tasks independently and as part of a team

· Follow all safety policies and procedures

· Reporting issues to Project Managers and have a clear line of communication

· General property maintenance snow removal, lawn maintenance, etc…

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of residential construction experience preferred

· Experience using common construction tools and equipment

· Strong work ethic,



communication skills and attention to detail

· Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical work throughout the day

· Valid Class 5 license with a clean drivers abstract

· Experience towing trailers a must

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Reliable, punctual and self-motivated with a positive attitude

· Must be fluent in English and French

· Telehandler experience a strong asset

Schedule

· Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
