SKILLED LABOUR Allto Construction is looking to hire Skilled Labour to join our growing team!

We Offer Hourly rates up to $45.00/hr. Company benefits plan available.

Work within 1 hour of the Orangeville area typically.

Home each night for dinner.

7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 4:00pm Friday.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Have 5+ years experience as a skilled labourer in the excavation and site servicing field.

Collaborate with the site servicing foremen and superintendent to ensure effective workflow.

Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.

Provide hands-on expertise, troubleshooting and problem solving.





Checking grades during construction using laser, GPS.

Prepare tools and materials required to ensure they are readily available when needed.

Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings and trainings as required.

Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.

Knowledge with reading plans and use Trimble GPS equipment.

Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.

Safety-focused attitude.
