: Snow Subs work closely with our management team to complete dedicated snow route(s). Providing high-quality clearing and salting of specified areas. Snow clearing is an on-call 24/7 obligation. Subs will provide reporting through an App and be available by phone throughout the season. Management will provide training, support, notes and sites maps, and the schedule/timing for snow runs.
Qualifications: Shoveling Subcontractor
- Proven experience with winter snow removal work is required
- Owners of vehicle required (Van, Cube, Large Truck)
- Clean Driver’s License abstract required
- Machine and hand shoveling required
- Ability to supervise shovelers is required
- Ability to do hard labour and long hours is essential
- Ability to work in tough weather conditions is essential
- Working smart phone with ability to use apps required
- Owner of snow removal equipment an asset
Rate of Pay:
Standby and Hourly payments (negotiable dependent on experience) Start Date: Nov 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026 (5-6 months)
