We are seeking a Technical Product & Delivery Coordinator to help organize, coordinate, and move the project forward across product design, development, integration, testing, documentation, and delivery.

- Lump-sum / fixed-fee model
- Not hourly and not salary-based
- Deliverable and milestone-driven across defined project stages
- Collaboration with a distributed technical and product team
- Chance to contribute from early-stage planning through implementation, testing, and market readiness
- While no minimum hours are required, the candidate must maintain consistent involvement and meet agreed responsibilities/deadlines

Role Summary The Technical Product & Delivery Coordinator will help translate high-level product requirements into clear, organized, and executable work.

The role will support

- product and requirement coordination;
- sprint and task planning;
- dependency and blocker management;
- contractor communication and follow-up;
- technical delivery alignment;
- documentation and decision tracking;
- QA and acceptance-readiness coordination; and

Key Responsibilities

- Review product documents, requirements, workflows, and contractor instructions
- Translate approved requirements into clear and manageable project tasks
- Support sprint planning, backlog organization, and delivery sequencing

- Follow up with contributors regarding agreed deliverables and timelines

- Identify missing information, conflicting requirements, duplicated work, or incomplete deliverables
- Maintain decision logs, action lists, dependency logs, and change records
- Prepare clear progress summaries for meetings and project reviews
- Ensure contractors are working from the latest approved documents
- Help define practical acceptance criteria and completion requirements
- Confirm that deliverables include the necessary documentation, edge cases, states, and implementation details
- Support testing, defect tracking, remediation, and release-readiness activities
- Ensure files, documentation,

and project materials are stored in company-controlled systems
- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and replacement of contributors where required

- Understanding software workflows, APIs, databases, system architecture, testing, and deployment at a practical level
- Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Python or FastAPI;
- PostgreSQL or relational databases;
- REST APIs and system integrations;
- AWS, Docker or cloud environments;

Hands-on software-development experience is highly preferred. Candidates are not expected to be experts in every area.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- NDA and IP-assignment agreements will be required before full project details are shared.
- This is NOT a salary-based role or employment.
- This is a temporary, project-based contractor engagement with pre-assigned and mutually agreed deliverables.

- Scope, deliverables, stages, compensation, and acceptance requirements will be finalized with the selected candidate.
- Payment will be tied to completed and accepted deliverables, not simply time spent or meeting attendance.
- All work must be documented and delivered in a condition that allows another contributor to continue without material dependency on the individual contractor.
- Candidates must promptly disclose any employment, education, personal, or business commitment that may materially affect their availability.
- Candidates should not accept the engagement if they already expect that a full-time job, study program, personal obligation, or other commitment is likely to prevent them from remaining involved throughout the agreed project period.
- A later change in employment or personal circumstances does not remove the obligation to communicate early, complete agreed work, and provide an orderly handover.
