Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, preferably within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, or other risk-intensive environments.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, multi-program platforms across complex enterprise portfolios.

Technical & Domain Expertise
- Robust hands-on architecture experience with GRC, Risk Management, or Audit platforms (commercial or custom-built).
- Solid understanding of risk management domains, including:
- Operational Risk
- Financial Risk
- Audit
- Compliance
- Privacy
- Experience designing data-centric architectures, enterprise integrations, and analytics platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML architecture, automation, and model governance within regulated environments.

Architecture & Delivery Skills
- Strong expertise in:




- Logical Architecture
- Physical Architecture
- Integration Architecture
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms
- APIs
- Event-driven integration
- Data pipelines
- Experience working on multi-year enterprise transformation programs with evolving scope and roadmaps.
