We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Therapy Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver expert massage therapy services tailored to athletes, active individuals, and clients seeking relief from discomfort. You will play a vital role in promoting health, fitness, and recovery through personalized treatment plans and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

- Perform sports massage therapy sessions that target muscle tension, injuries, and mobility issues using various techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, or trigger point therapy

- Assess clients’ physical conditions by understanding their medical history and current symptoms to develop effective treatment plans

- Educate clients on injury prevention, stretching routines, and post-treatment care to support ongoing health goals

- Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used and client progress for future reference

- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, expected outcomes, and answer any questions they may have





- Collaborate with other health professionals such as physiotherapists or sports coaches to optimize client recovery programs

- Ensure a protected, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols

Experience

- Proven experience in sports therapy massage or related therapeutic massage roles

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and injuries

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner

- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans effectively and listen actively to client needs

- Certification in sports massage therapy or equivalent qualification is preferred

- Familiarity with various massage techniques and their appropriate applications for athletic recovery and injury management
