Job Title: Painter / Blaster

Duties

- Prepare surfaces for painting or coating by using abrasive blasting techniques
- Operate and maintain blasting and paintingequipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing blasting and painting operations
- Inspect surfaces after blasting to ensure proper preparation for painting or coating
- Clean and maintain blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate blasting and painting schedules and prioritize work orders
- Maintain accurate records of blasting and painting activities, including materials used and work performed

Experience:
- 3 Years Previous experience as a blaster or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with different types of painting and blasting equipment and techniques, including blasting equipment and use of Airless Sprayers
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to abrasive blasting and coating operations
- Ability to interpret specifications related to coatings procedures
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with precision




- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required
