We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager –

Hilson Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong experience in interior construction, tenant improvements, and civil projects.

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and highly organized individual with strong civil construction experience, estimating knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Prepare and review estimates, budgets, schedules, and project plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure projects are progressing safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and provide practical solutions
- Support tendering, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and overall project administration




- Travel to various project sites as required

The ideal candidate will have:

- Solid civil construction and project management experience
- Estimating experience is required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence to deal with clients, consultants, trades, and site teams
- Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility

This role is best suited for someone who is not afraid to take ownership, manage pressure, multitask, visit sites regularly, and lead projects with confidence.
