Position: Sr UI Developer

Location: Toronto ON

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and well-documented UI components aligned with enterprise design systems and best practices.
- Develop responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across devices and browsers.
- Implement and manage application state using Redux Toolkit and modern state management techniques.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and webhooks to support seamless data exchange and real-time application functionality.
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure productive communication between front-end and server-side services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, performance, and SEO.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.




- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Implement secure coding standards and front-end security best practices..
