About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development to join our dynamic mobile team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of major components within our mobile platform, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI, contributing to our cloud-first architecture and microservices ecosystem. This position does not involve direct reports but requires a strong hands-on approach, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to best practices in software engineering.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in native iOS application development using Swift and SwiftUI, with a solid background in application design and technical architecture.



A proven track record of leading full software development lifecycle projects and mentoring junior team members is essential.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Additional preferred qualifications include over 8 years of experience in software development, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, and experience working in agile environments. Knowledge of open-source frameworks and microservices architecture will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in collaboration with senior engineers and architects, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Engage actively throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Enhance software engineering practices by working within agile teams to develop innovative technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise on evolving technology trends and their impact on our domain, helping to shape strategic development initiatives.
- Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior mobile developers,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
