Responsibilities:

- Manage the operations of Delivery Service Partners (DSP) in the district.
- Supervise and guarantee that DSP activities adhere to the company's standards and demands.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse providers, ensuring consistent on-time, quality performance through communication and continuous improvement.
- Generate reports related to business transactions and operational efficiency.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions

-Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications. -Develope key performance goals and manage the performance of staff.

-Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.

- Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of a location or business unit.
- Organize and implement DSP training programs to improve the skills and service levels of the DSP team.

Requirements:

- Mandarin required.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent required.




- At least 1 year of hands

-on experience in last-mile delivery operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing delivery routes and improving service quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of delivery personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in addressing the unique challenges of last-mile delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements in last-mile delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, a common requirement in the fast-paced environment of last-mile delivery.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
