Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a professional manner
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient service delivery

Requirements





- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and inventory management
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising practices, and customer service principles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products through effective communication and product knowledge
