Søbr Market is a specialty retail store built entirely around non alcoholic beer, wine, spirits, and RTD mocktails all in one place. We carry a carefully curated selection of the best NA products out there, many made right here in Canada so people can find real alternatives that actually taste good & not an afterthought aisle at the back of a liquor store.

Our customers come from all kinds of places: people who are sober or in recovery, people who are pregnant, people training for something, people just cutting back, and plenty who simply want a outstanding tasting drink without the alcohol. What makes Søbr Market different is that we don't just sell bottles off a shelf, we help people taste, compare, and actually find something they love. That means samples, conversation, and genuine product knowledge from the person behind the counter.

We're a locally owned franchise with two Okanagan locations, Vernon and Kelowna, and real plans to keep expanding. It's a fun, low pressure environment built around good conversations, good drinks, and helping people feel welcome & safe whatever brought them through the door.

About the Role

This is two jobs in one, and that's exactly why it's a great opportunity. You'll spend most of your time running our Kelowna store, pouring samples, talking with customers, hosting tastings, and building real relationships with the people who walk through our door. The rest of your time, you'll provide admin support across both our Vernon and Kelowna locations.

If you're the type who remembers a customer's name and their favorite mocktail after one visit, who can host a Saturday tasting and make a stranger feel like a regular,



and who also has the organizational chops to help run the admin side of a growing small business, this is your job.

What You'll Do

- Run daily operations at the Kelowna store, opening, closing, cash handling, the works.
- Host tastings and walk customers through our products, this is a hands on, talk to people role.
- Get to know your regulars, build relationships, make the store a destination.
- Manage inventory, receiving, and merchandising.
- Support and schedule our Sunday employee.
- Handle admin tasks and correspondence across both Vernon and Kelowna.
- Help run our Instagram and Facebook, real content, real voice, not just product photos.
- Help plan and execute in store events and tastings.
- Pitch in wherever the business needs it, we're small and everyone wears a few hats.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine people person, someone who lights up talking to strangers.
- Diploma in Office Administration preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident on Instagram and Facebook.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- A real interest in the non alcoholic space, or at least curiosity about it.

Hours: Store is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm, and Sunday 11am to 3pm.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
