Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.

Duties

- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Lead recruiting efforts and conduct training for new hires
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Monitor cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies

Experience:
- Proven experience in team management and sales management




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Knowledge of retail operations, including buying processes and merchandising
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to store operations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Experience in recruiting and training staff members
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
