Georgetown Kia is expanding its highly successful Special Finance team and is seeking an experienced non-prime Finance Manager.

As a long standing dealership, we have a strong reputation and established presence throughout the province, both in the prime and non-prime automotive market.

Special Finance Position: You are an experienced non-prime professional with a proven track record. You are strong at working non-prime leads and you are very familiar with credit applications, non-prime lenders and their various programs. You excel in developing customer relationships, in deal structuring and in the sale of backend products. You are capable of managing a sale from start to finish, including all required commissioning documentation.

Your responsibilities will include

- Actively working incoming leads and credit applications per our follow up process
- Booking appointments with prospective clients (in person or virtually)
- Structuring deals and obtaining approvals from lending partners
- Presenting vehicle solutions to clients
- Presenting vehicle protection options such as Extended Warranties and Loan insurances

You will be provided with a supply of leads to support your efforts along with an extensive inventory of new Kia vehicles plus over 250 used vehicles in stock. Ideally, you are already skilled at working non-prime leads, have experience selling vehicles and are looking to join a high-performing, market-leading,



special finance team. On-target earnings exceed $100,000 in the first year with uncapped potential.
