Role: Tableau - Power BI Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid/Onsite) - 3 days in Office

Type: Full Time Permanent Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Reporting.

Handson experience with Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields).

Handson experience with Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Service).

Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Ability to work effectively in a client facing, delivery driven setting.

Preferred Prior experience in Tableau to Power BI migration projects.

Exposure to cloud or enterprise data platforms.

Experience working in Agile delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and migrate Tableau dashboards and reports to Power BI.

Recreate Tableau calculations, filters, and visualizations in Power BI.

Build and maintain Power BI data models, DAX measures, and reports.

Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency postmigration.

Work with business users to understand reporting requirements.

Optimize reports for performance and usability.

Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
