Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized sales professional to promote industrial supplies and manufacturing products, develop new client relationships, support existing clients, and manage the sales process from initial consultation through after-sales support. The successful candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

- Estimate costs of installing equipment

- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates

- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders

- Prepare sales or other contracts

- Promote sales to existing clients

- Identify and solicit potential clients

- Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services

- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate perks from use of good or service

- Conduct sales transactions

- Prepare and administer sales contracts

- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates

- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs

- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support





- Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support

- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions

- Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services

- Resolve product and service related problems

- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment

- Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services

- Provide customer service
