Technical Lead (ERP / CRM Systems)About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide our engineering efforts, champion best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. In this role, your leadership skills, architectural mindset, and ability to foster a positive team culture will take center stage.

While hands-on technical knowledge is essential, we prioritize strong leadership, clear communication, and a strategic vision for enterprise systems above all else.

What You’ll Do

- Lead & Mentor: Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Architect & Oversee: Guide the architectural strategy for our backend and enterprise integrations.
- Bridge Communication: Translate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work closely with product and business leaders.
- Drive Excellence: champion code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

- Proven Technical Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading software engineering teams,



driving technical decisions, and delivering complex projects.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to align team members, articulate vision, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Culture Fit: A collaborative, empathetic leader who values teamwork, continuous learning, and positive team dynamics.

Technical Background (Secondary Focus)

- Experience with Java ecosystem architecture and backend development.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, particularly Apache Kafka .

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Workday .
- Broad exposure to ERP or CRM platforms and enterprise software integrations.
