Key Responsibilities: Own annual and quarterly planning activities across domains, standardizing intake governance, prioritizing projects, assessing cross-functional demand, and developing unified roadmaps with transparent capacity frameworks.
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution for strategic multi-domain initiatives, establishing backwards plans, securing commitments from dependency owners, and managing trade-offs.
Own critical projects from inception through launch, delivering them on time, within budget, and meeting target business outcomes.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage blocker frameworks, and build executive-ready program health reporting, risk registers, and status updates.
Establish operating cadences and artifact standards (planning reviews, roadmap reviews, Scrum of Scrums, and executive summaries) to improve execution readiness and cross-team coordination.
Analyze program and product metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive consensus across partners under technical and business constraints.
Purposefully employ AI and generative technologies (ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM, Claude Code) to automate manual tasks,
accelerate program planning, and codify operating procedures.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent; 10+ years of experience collaborating with Program, Development, Technical, Corporate Operations, and Sales/Marketing groups.
Proven background leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a product and technology environment from conception through completion.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage directly with engineering teams, understand system architecture, assess delivery risk, and translate technical trade-offs for executives.
Practitioner-level experience with AI and GenAI tools actively applied to accelerate program planning and documentation synthesis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tracking tools (Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and Google Workspace); data visualization experience (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in global, matrixed engineering organizations.
