Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Burnaby, BC. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of safety and risk management projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and aligning technical solutions with client and regulatory needs.

The Technical Project

Manager will facilitate communication among stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and support continuous improvement in project processes and safety training delivery. The role also involves preparing project documentation,



tracking progress against milestones, and reporting on outcomes to leadership and clients. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, organize, and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that improve project outcomes.

Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to guide project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field are beneficial.

Skilled certifications such as PMP or equivalent project management credentials are an asset.

Experience in construction, occupational health and safety, or risk management environments is highly advantageous.

Proficiency with project management tools and software, and familiarity with Canadian safety regulations and standards, are beneficial.
