Technical Solution Lead - GCP, Data Integration (Business Banking)

Role Description

- Act as the end-to-end technical owner for business banking initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of business banking data.
- Lead solution design for real-time and batch integrations across different applications and platforms (on-prem, cloud).
- Define and enforce architectural patterns and best practices to ensure technical excellence.
- Prior experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
- Review framework architecture and automation code.
- Ensure test environments are reliable and reliable.
- Guide teams on tool selection and implementation.
- Define end-to-end testing strategy for products and applications.
- Develop test plans, test approaches, and quality objectives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
